Marisa Schmader is the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Fiscal Accounting Support and Outreach at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, U.S. Department of Treasury, where she has oversight responsibility for program, operational and systems support activities, on-boarding of financial management shared service customers, and outreach for government-wide accounting initiatives. She has over fifteen years of accounting, auditing, and systems development experience with the majority of her career spent working on government-wide accounting software projects. Prior to joining Treasury, she worked as a senior manager with Kearney & Company.
