Tricia Sieveke is the Senior Advisor for Customer Experience within the Information Technology Category (ITC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, DoD, State and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services.
Tricia previously served as ITC Acting Deputy Assistant Commissioner, as well as the FAS Chief of Staff. In this position, she provided executive-level support to the FAS Commissioner overseeing the delivery of more than $50 billion of products, services, and solutions that enable federal agencies to efficiently accomplish their respective missions and save taxpayer dollars.
Additionally she served as the senior advisor to the Assistant Commissioner for Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) and as acting Director, Management and Program Support. In this capacity she provided broad leadership, guidance and collaboration across the portfolio to enable the procurement and delivery of more than $5.6 billion of motor vehicle, travel and transportation programs and combined savings of over $3.3 billion annually.
Her roles in customer experience, strategy and business management, communications, and process improvement have exhibited proven leadership directing transformational initiatives requiring a high level of creativity, change management and partnership across FAS and GSA. Prior to TTL, Tricia served as the Director of Business Management for FAS in Region 2. Additionally, she worked in the FAS Office of Strategic Business Planning and Process Improvement directing strategic communications on behalf of the FAS Commissioner, and served as both Chief of Staff and Director for Business Development in GSA Global Supply.
Tricia received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington State University.
