The AFFIRM Leadership Awards recognize outstanding accomplishments by an individual or team in providing firm direction, inspired vision and outstanding contributions within or beyond an agency or organization. The nominee’s high impact achievements help government to be more effective and efficient in delivering its mission. 

Our theme this year is: Embracing Change and Transformation

This form can be used to submit an individual or group nomination. If you are submitting a group award, please indicate the name of the group and the names of the group members. 

The leadership accomplishments and contributions are for the calendar year 2024.

The deadline to submit nominations is 11:59pm EDT on March 12, 2025.

The Leadership Awards Celebration to recognize the honorees will be held in June 26, 2025 at The Observatory at America's Square, 300 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001.
