Description

The mission of government’s acquisition lead is to deliver value and savings in technology, acquisition, and other mission support services to help build an effective government for the American people. Established in 1949, the agency’s roots go back to its original mission of disposal of war surplus goods, management of government records, and stockpile strategic supplies for wartime.

GSA’s role has changed over the years, and in light of the changes wrought by the pandemic, GSA continues to provide the vital tools agencies needed to transition over 1 million employees to remote work.

In fulfilling that mission, GSA is supported by a world-class technology team that provides the agency with innovative approaches to serve both other government agencies, its industry partners, and citizens alike.

This online forum will take an in-depth look at GSA’s priorities for adopting the latest technology to strengthen and modernize government.
